Thank you for inviting us, the authors of Brit Boys: With Toys, to your blog today, it’s great to be here. This boxed set of M/M stories is very special to us and is the follow on from last year’s Brit Boys: On Boys.
Brit Boys boxed sets feature British characters in British locations and are written by British based authors. Each story is unique, fun and seriously hot!
Blurb: From coast to coast and city to country Brit boys enjoy playing with each other and their toys. Not any old toys, though; guitars, rope, plugs and Moleskine journals all prove to be enormous fun. Throw in a shop that’s wall to wall with kinky ideas, a journalist on the lookout for the next big thing, and Dominants who insist on obedience and there’s sure to be something to cater for everyone’s taste.
Whether it’s a quickie or a slow indulgence, Brit boys know how to hit the spot and they aim to please every time. So take a ride, fly high, come enjoy these sexy boys and their toys.
Today the authors are answering this question… Is this your first experience writing M/M or is it something you’re familiar with?
Ashe Barker
M/M is not my usual pairing, but I have written a couple of other stories in this genre and I love it. Love and sexy hotness are much the same whoever is involved and it’s great to think about everything from a different perspective occasionally. I was part of the Brit Boys: On Boys anthology too.
M K Elliott
I’ve written a few M/M stories now. The first was Breaking the Marine which was part of the first Brit Boys collection, but I’ve also written a M/M novella called Rocked, which will be out this year, plus All Roped Up for Brit Boys: With Toys.
Lucy Felthouse
Nope, I’m not a M/M virgin! ;) My first M/M story was quite a while back now, a very short erotic story called Ditched. Since then, I’ve had stories in the Boys Will Be Boys, Uniform Fetish: Manlove Edition, HIS: Manlove Edition and Alpha’s Claim: Manlove Edition anthologies, and of course, Brit Boys: On Boys. I’ve also released solo titles—Letters to a War Zone, Desert Heat and Native Tongue. What can I say, I caught the M/M writing bug!
K D Grace
It’s not my first experience of writing M/M. Many of my novels have M/M scenes in them, however Brit Boys: On Boys and my story, Landscapes, was my first novella-length M/M story. In the beginning, I was a bit intimidated, but I had so much fun with it, and the characters were so full of surprises, that I was very happy to be included in the Brit Boys: With Toys collection.
Lily Harlem
I’ve written several M/M stories, including the novel Dark Warrior set in Kenya. I’ve also written a few MMF stories which are ménage a trois but with the men also in love and lust. I hope to write more in the future though I’ll always continue to write MF erotic romances.
Ashley Lister
I’ve never previously written a story that was exclusively M/M, although I’m sure there have been aspects of M/M intimacy in some of previous novels and short fiction.
Sarah Masters
I’m very familiar with writing M/M. I’ve been doing so for years now. I love it!
Tabitha Rayne
I have written a few m/m/f ménage stories but only one or two m/m in the past. I was really excited to try a longer story and explore the characters more fully.

I really like everything in M/M books, but in particular I love the romance, and the anguish it involves sometimes.

I feel they’re a bit more well written and descriptive than other books I’ve read and I kind of feel that the environment is more accepting and romantic.
