At a Glance: Although the pace was a tad off for me, and I didn’t quite love this one as much as the first book in the series, once I got into the story it was absolutely worth the wait.

Review: I absolutely loved the first book in this series, Stay With Me, and was thrilled to get the chance to read and review the next installment. I have to say that for me this book started off pretty slow, like almost too slow, and if I’m being honest, throughout the book there were a few instances where things seemed to drag a little bit. I liked that we got to know the characters, and I enjoyed the subplots within the story, especially between Drew and his family, but as much as I enjoyed them, I also found myself wishing the plot would hurry up just a little.
With that being said, I do love these characters, and not just Drew and Noah, but we get to catch up with Jordan and Mac as well, and I found that the secondary characters really seemed to add to the story. Drew and Noah were pretty much opposites-attract, their personalities and views on relationship at different spectrums, so it is quite enjoyable watching them work through and fight through falling for each other.
