Greetings! I want to thank The Novel Approach for having me on their site. Lisa Horan is amazingly patient with my lack of skill with my magical typewriter (I think everyone else calls it a computer) which I greatly appreciate! So, it seems fitting that I would write a blog on the computer/phone apps featured in my latest release: Secured and Free for The Novel Approach.

Excerpt w/Pet App

(Orion is trying to avoid talking about his disastrous night with his best friend and roommate Xander.)

“What’s to tell? Nothing happened.”

Xander shook his head and pulled out his phone. He whispered into it, and Orion got a chirp on his cell.

He glared but opened the message and played the video. A picture of Xander’s sugar glider, Nippet—named after a baby Ewok in Return of the Jedi—started talking to him in a morphed version of Xander’s voice.

Excerpt w/ Sad Cat Diary

He clicked Pause on an amusing video and answered his lover’s call. “Hey, Marc.”

He’d been with Marc Sadir for six years, and living with him for ve. They had met at Entwined and fallen hard. Their needs didn’t quite match, so they maintained an open relationship. But that didn’t mean Marc wasn’t everything to Hunter. It simply meant they were realistic, and he didn’t want Marc to accept less.

Marc purred into the phone, “Hiya, sexy. You already at Entwined?”

“Yup. Oh, later remind me to show you the Sad Cat Diary.” He still smiled at the cat’s perspective of a human’s reality.

“Another Facebook find?”

“Yeah, a YouTube video. I just…. It’s funny. You have to see it.” Hunter chuckled again.

“I will…”
