Blurb: Unbreakable Stories: Ian is a collection of short stories following the ups and downs of Ian Pierce and Hollis Banner has they navigate their new relationship and the unique complications of dating with a brunch of overprotective “brothers” determined to guard Ian’s heart.

This collection is more than 38,000 words and contains short stories such as:
Midnight Perp
No Boyfriends Allowed
A Night Off
Taking It Slow
This is Us
And a very special bonus.

Dividers

Review: Within these short stories we find Ian Pierce and Hollis Banner facing their life together and doing some serious soul searching. Hollis is still worrying about his job as a cop, even though he’s taken a job with a private investigative firm. He has a house that needs some serious remodeling, but the most important thing is his relationship with Ian.

Ian worries, too, about taking care of his high-end restaurant, Rialto, and all combined, it doesn’t give them much time to spend with each other. But, Ian decides, on a day off, that he’s willing to help Hollis work on the house—not without bringing some volunteers along, though. Lucas and Andrei, Snow and Jude, and Rowe and Noah step up to create chaos and laughter. It gives Hollis time to really look at each of these individuals, and question whether he really fits in this family; they are a very big part of Ian’s life. But with the discovery of a mysterious box, Hollis makes some solid decisions about Ian and this newfound family.

To wrap up the Unbreakable Bonds series, Jocelynn Drake and Rinda Elliott close things out with Ian and Hollis’s short stories, and once again, they’re sexy, steamy, humorous, thoughtful and always have a happy ending. I enjoyed the little mystery that Drake and Elliott snuck into This Is Us. The authors also included bonus shorts for each couple, celebrating Valentine’s day. As for myself, I was thoroughly entertained by this entire series from start to finish, and all the special characters that the authors created. I’m already excited for their new series, Ward Security, and I’m sure there will be lots of cameos from the Unbreakable Bond guys.
