We’re so pleased to have authors Lisa Henry and JA Rock dropping by today to chat about the re-release of their holiday novella, Fall On Your Knees. They have a rather fun recipe to share, and there’s also a giveaway, so be sure to check out all the details below.
Welcome, Lisa and JA!

Hi! We’re Lisa Henry and J.A. Rock, and we’re touring the internet for the early December re-release of our kinky holiday novella Fall on Your Knees, originally published as part of the anthology Rated XXX-mas! While the brand-spanking-new Fall on Your Knees (now with a bonus scene) isn’t available for sale yet (we’re expecting it to go live December 7th, but here’s a shameless plug–sign up for our newsletter, and you’ll be the first to know when it goes live! You also get FREE stories when you sign up, so really, what are you waiting for?), we’re already starting the celebration.
In honor of the re-release of Fall On Your Knees–certainly one of the smuttiest stories we’ve written–we thought we’d share a recipe with you for gingerbread. The recipe was shared with Lisa by a German friend who translated it– so it’s the real deal all the way down to the metric measurements.
The recipe itself might be traditional, but remember, how you decorate your gingerbread men is entirely up to you!
Just ask yourself, what would Javier do?

Gingerbread-Figures
– 250g Honey
– 200g Sugar
– 2 eggs
– 150g finely ground almonds
– 2 tbs cocoa
– 50g finely grounded candied orange peel
– 50g finely grounded candied lemon peel
– 2 tbs rum
– 1 tbs lemon-juice
– 1 tbs cinnamon
– ½ tbs finely grounded clove
– ½ tbs finely grounded cardamom
– ½ tbs finely grounded nutmeg
– 24g baking soda
– 600g flour
Icing
– 150g powder-sugar
– 2-3 lemons
– If you like sugar-decoration
- Melting honey and sugar > cooling, so you can put the 2 eggs in and whisking.
- All the spices in the mix and whisking
- Flour and baking soda in and whisking
- Time out for the dough – you can refrigerate it as well
- Roll out the dough (0,5cm high) and cut
- Baking 10-15 minutes by 200°C
- Cooling and putting the icing on top and let it dry (Icing not only for the taste, but to soften the gingerbread)
- Normally they will soften within a week, if not put in the box an apple slice

About the Book
Asa and his longtime partner, Javier, are looking forward to a cozy, kinky Christmas together. But when Asa discovers his coworker Drew has nowhere to go for the holidays, he invites Drew home for dinner. His motives aren’t entirely pure: Asa and Javier are both dominant, and occasionally arrange one night stands with submissives. Asa’s been hot for Drew for months, even though he has no proof Drew is kinky.
Drew has wanted Asa since the day they met. Drew would never come between Asa and his partner, but that doesn’t stop him from fantasizing about Asa doing filthy, painful, incredible things to him. He accepts Asa’s dinner invitation reluctantly, not eager to witness Asa and Javier’s domestic bliss firsthand.
When Javier discovers Drew’s profile on a BDSM site shortly before Drew’s arrival, the game changes. A bold proposition leads to Asa and Jav sharing a night of play and passion with a dinner guest who’s nowhere near as innocent as he looks. But as their not-so-silent night progresses, all three find themselves on shaky ground. Can they keep this arrangement no strings attached? Or is there a way for each man to get what he really wants for Christmas?

Website || Blog || Twitter || Facebook*~*~*~*~*~*Lisa Henry likes to tell stories, mostly with hot guys and happily ever afters.
Lisa lives in tropical North Queensland, Australia. She doesn’t know why, because she hates the heat, but she suspects she’s too lazy to move. She spends half her time slaving away as a government minion, and the other half plotting her escape.
She attended university at sixteen, not because she was a child prodigy or anything, but because of a mix-up between international school systems early in life. She studied history and English, neither of them very thoroughly.
She shares her house with too many cats, a dog, a green tree frog that swims in the toilet, and as many possums as can break in every night. This is not how she imagined life as a grown-up.
