Hello, all! I’m super excited to be here at The Novel Approach revealing the cover for Gummy Bears & Grenades, a story in the THIRDS universe. As we draw closer to the big day in Tried & True (THIRDS, Book 10), how can we not have the bachelor party? Specifically Dex’s bachelor party. I had so much fun writing this story, I hope you have fun reading it. It’s got action, drama, sexy-times, and of course plenty of shenanigans. There’s drinking, dancing, a special sexy treat for our groom-to-be, a bear costume, an assassin with personal boundary issues, and the whole THIRDS crew cutting loose.
The story takes place between Darkest Hour Before Dawn (THIRDS, Book 9) and Tried & True (THIRDS, Book 10) in the series timeline. While the story would enhance your experience of the THIRDS series, it’s not necessary to read this before Tried & True.
Also for folks who collect the THIRDS paperbacks, Gummy Bears & Grenades is being released with Thick & Thin in a combo paperback on the same day. Both are now available for preorder from Dreamspinner Press, and will be released October 4th.

THIRDS agent Dexter J. Daley can’t wait to marry his fiancé, Team Leader Sloane Brodie, but first he’s looking forward to celebrating his bachelor party—which he intends to be a shenanigans-free evening of getting his groove on with family and friends.

OMG I’m a sugar junkie! Anything chocolate is my favorite, and I have to have a daily dose in some way. I’ve discovered Dove milk chocolate Promises; little foil-wrapped pieces of melt-in-your-mouth heaven. Perfect dose to quench the craving.
The cover is adorable even though the “Dex” looks a little bit too young. But then again, I’m an old(er) lady so anyone under 30 is a kid to me, lol.
I have a question about the novella: Why will it come attached to book #8 in the series, Thick and Thin, when it takes place between books 9 & 10? Shouldn’t it be included with #9, Darkest Hour Before Dawn, instead? I’d think die-hard fans would be wanting everything in the proper chronological order, and would be willing to wait a bit (and get the ebook in the meantime) if it’s a publishing issue with the paperbacks. I myself always buy physical books for my Keeper shelves. There’s nothing quite like a “real” book to display that isn’t dependent upon batteries

Those bite sized Dove dark chocolate. I buy a few bags and put in a jar. I usually eat one or 2 a day. They’re small but satisfy my cravings.

Congrats on the great looking cover. It cute how it plays up both parts of the title, but I’,m not as keen about gummy bears. For me it’s chocolate – M&Ms or Nestle’s Crunch.
