We’re so pleased to have author Anyta Sunday dropping in today on the tour for her latest project, Love Letters from Greenville, a series of novellas set in the town of Greenville and leading readers along on the ABCs of love.
Welcome, Anyta!
Hey there! Thank you so much for having me on the Novel Approach today to talk about my sexy & fun gay romance series, “Love Letters”! The first three stories were released on Tuesday, so grab them while they’re hot :D
Each of the stories features another couple from Greenville, and the guys are what made these stories so much fun to write. They’re such characters – some are cocky alpha-males while others are sweet & nerdy. I’d love for you to get to know them even better so I asked each of the guys to take part in the fun game “2 truths and 1 lie” – and they happily obliged. Let’s see if you can figure out what they’re lying about. The answers are at the end of the post.
From “Amazing Ash”:
RIVER
1. One time I kissed my twin because a friend said it could merge us into one superpowered boy with the ability to fly.
2. I accidentally stabbed my de facto granddad in the thigh with a letter opener.
3. I once drank baking soda water because my brother had no beakers left and used a glass for his experiments.
ASH
1. I was once so hungry I ate someone’s abandoned half apple at the park.
2. I often sing The Lion Sleeps Tonight when I come home from work to my snoozing cat.
3. I always use a fake name when a stranger asks me mine.
From “Begging Ben”:
BEN:
1. When I’m feeling sad, I like to go to my favorite restaurant and order Teriyaki salmon.
2. I actually consider myself a Hufflepuff, even though I have pretended to be in Ravenclaw house ever since Landon “guessed” it to be my house.
3. I once kissed a sleeping Landon’s cheek and, when he woke suddenly, slapped him and claimed there was a bug.
LANDON:
1. I once purposely “fell” in order to knee a man with all my strength. The reason? I overheard him crudely planning to pick up [Ben] and screw him like a little bitch.
2. I graduated with all my nails painted a different color of the rainbow.
3. For one summer, I pretended to be my twin just to mess with my parents’ heads.
From “Challenging Chance”:
CHANCE
1. Once screwed a woman against a stone fountain, staring at the male merman statue until I came.
2. When I’m high, I conveniently forget I am vegetarian and eat rare steaks.
3. I read Anne of Green Gables inside Sports Illustrated so my brother wouldn’t think I cared about literature.
BROOK
1. Nothing can interrupt my morning meditation – not even Chance singing in the shower.
2. Ever since working the summer at a Bavarian-style pub I can lift 8 beer steins at once.
3. I once tried to jump on a slow moving train and hurt myself pretty badly when it turned out to be faster than I thought.
These were some fun facts – big thanks to the guys from Greenville! I hope got you a bit curious about them and all the antics they’re getting up to. The first three books are out now, and book four and five will follow soon (November 2018 and February 2019)!

Answers from “2 truths and 1 lie”:
RIVER – 2: Untrue, but he accidentally stabbed me in the arm with a letter opener.
ASH – 3: Untrue, I try to come up with a fake name but am always to flustered and blurt out my real one.
BEN – 1: Untrue, I order this when mom and I go out to eat.
LANDON – 3: Untrue, it only worked a week before mom and dad figured it out and grounded me the rest of the summer.
CHANCE – 2: Untrue, this happens when I am ultra drunk.
BROOK – 1: Untrue, I couldn’t continue doing anything with Chance singing in the background.

Tour Teasers
Admiring Ash
“You have deft fingers.”
Ash’s voice vibrated through him, urging River to make a move. The playful twitch of those lips begged to be kissed as much as River’s lips begged to do the kissing.
He wanted to slide his hands into Ash’s tangled hair and let their lips collide.
He wanted Ash under him, mapping every inch of his skin with his mouth.
He wanted Ash not to be off-limits . . .
But he was.
Begging Ben
“What do you want from a real marriage?”
Ben paused, clawing back the “you” desperately trying to escape him. Not Landon. He was over that. “I want to have someone who supports me, and vice versa. I want conversations and shared interests. I want common goals, my husband and I, a team. Us against the world. I want to be so close to him that I can guess what he is thinking. I want a man who sees I have failures and flaws but loves me anyway. Who has a fantastic sense of humor and finds joy laughing at the silly things. And . . . .”
“And?”
Ben couldn’t hold Landon’s deeply curious gaze. “I want to be his first choice. Not a backup when the guy he really wants doesn’t want him back.”
The silence that followed felt thick and taut, and Ben struggled to breathe.
Landon sat back with a determined stare toward the road. He licked his bottom lip and his hand rested on the wheel, thumb tapping. “You deserve all that, Ben. That and more.”
Challenging Chance
Brook pulled him tighter by the lapels of his suit, returning the kiss. He pulled back, breath drizzling over Chance’s wet lips. Brook’s eyes held a ray of earnestness. Something soft and unspoken drifted between them but Chance couldn’t quite grasp it. He frowned and stepped back. Ran a hand through his hair and glanced at himself in the mirror. Lips red, cheeks flushed—and he was grinning.
“Never stop smiling like that,” Brook whispered, sliding behind him, arms circling his waist to undo the jacket button. “You look amazing. I’d like to see that last jacket on you though. To make an informed decision.”
Informed decision, his tight ass.
He smirked at Brook in the reflection of the mirror. The sales assistant knocked on the door. Chance called out, “Just trying on the last jacket.”
“If you need any help . . .”
Brook drew off the jacket, palms sweeping over his shoulders down to his forearms.
“I’m fine, thanks.” Chance hoped he hadn’t croaked on that last sentence. Heels tapped across marble floor, growing fainter.
