Thank you so much to Lisa and everyone here at The Novel Approach for hosting me on release day for my (depending on how you count it) 20th book, Any Given Lifetime.

Wow! How is it possible that I’ve put out twenty books? I started publishing in 2012 and how the world has changed for me both personally and professionally over the last six years. I can’t thank readers enough for loving the books and allowing me to live my dream of being a writer.

Now, about Any Given Lifetime…

Every author has ‘fridged’ books or old stories that they don’t know what to do with, or that have served their purpose for the time when they were written, and they are put aside. This was one of those stories. At the time I wrote it, I was experimenting with a few specific character types and a few specific second chance scenarios. I felt they’d served their purpose and I’d walked away from them.

But this spring I stumbled across Any Given Lifetime again on my computer and realized that a part of me couldn’t let go of how much I loved it. Reading it over, I felt like the story did deserve a wider audience than the original group of folks who had a chance to read and critique it. So I worked on it over the summer, tearing it apart and putting it back together again, and I believe that it’s a book worth a reader’s time.

The story of a reincarnated love isn’t a new one. But I don’t know if anyone’s written a scenario quite exactly like this. I hope you find it as compelling and romantic to read as I did to write it.
